How can I stay updated on Insider perks?
St. Louis Insiders will receive occasional emails about the latest perks. Current offers will be listed on the Insider Benefits & Experiences page after you join.
How do I redeem a discount?
Each offer has a unique redemption method. Each offer will specify how to redeem it.
What is my Insider Membership ID?
Your Insider Membership ID is a unique 11-digit number that you'll use to redeem many Insider offers at participating shops, restaurants, events, and other partner locations. For some online offers, you may be asked to enter your Membership ID during checkout to receive your discount.
How do I find my Insider Membership ID?
You can find your Insider Membership ID in the welcome email you received when you joined the program. We recommend you save this welcome email. It also appears in most emails we send to Insiders. When you receive a Flash Offer by email, be sure to save it and have it ready to present when redeeming the offer.
What is a Flash Offer?
Flash offers are valid for a limited time only (typically 24 to 48 hours). Flash offers will be emailed to you. Refer to the email for details on how to redeem.
What is a Founding Member?
Founding Member status is available to those who become an Insider during the initial enrollment period, starting in June 2026. A limited number of Founding Memberships are available.
How do I access my offers/benefits?
If you're an Insider, simply visit the Insider Benefits & Experiences page to view your current benefits. After you sign up to become a member, you'll receive an email to create a password that will allow you to access this page. This page will be linked in every email we send you.
I'm an Insider but I can't view the Benefits & Experiences page. What do I do?
Make sure you've set up your password to allow you to access the page. You can also log in via the offers link or button in any email we send you.
How do I redeem my free subscription to St. Louis Magazine?
No action is required. Your complimentary subscription is automatically applied when you become a member. It will be mailed the address you provided at registration. If you already have an active subscription, your free subscription will be added to your account and will begin once your current subscription term ends.
What happens if an event is canceled or rescheduled?
Depending on the situation, a refund will be issued or a credit will be applied for a future event.
I can no longer attend an event I registered for. What is your cancelation policy?
Tickets for our events are non-refundable. If you have a specific issue, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do the gift cards expire?
Gift cards purchased through the St. Louis Insider program do not expire.
Can two or more Insiders use their coupons when shopping or dining together?
Yes.
Can I gift a membership?
We will offer gift memberships soon. Check back soon!
Does it auto-renew?
Yes, your membership will automatically renew at the end of your initial term and each term thereafter for an additional year. You'll be emailed by Stripe about upcoming renewals, expired cards, and failed payments. The credit card you provided will be charged the rate shown above and for future renewal terms at the rate then in effect. If you don't want your membership to renew, please contact us.
Are there any other costs on top of the annual fee?
In some cases, yes. Insiders will enjoy free perks and early access to purchase tickets for St. Louis Magazine events (costs do apply for some events) and purchase discounted offers (such as half-price restaurant or retail gift cards.)
